With the combined years of experience of the owner / operator, Ted Rainer and the employees, this facility has the advantage of over 50 years experience to draw from. We strive to provide the finest quality collision repairs and workmanship in Ocean County while meeting and exceeding I-CAR and ASE standards. We work closely and fairly with all insurance companies to expedite the repair process and get our mutual customers back in their safe and properly repaired vehicle as quickly as possible. I noticed all the lights on my dash were flashing and there was a tremendous noise from the car. They did not notice the passenger side muffler was damaged in the accident. They said they did not test drive the vehicle. I had to return the vehicle after driving it and hearing the sound coming from it was so loud it was clear something was wrong. They than looked under the car and I noted the muffler on the passenger side of the car was loose and the cap on the muffler was not there. They than pushed the cap from where it had been pushed back out. I told them the muffler was loose and wiggled. They took the car back. They also said they would have their tech reset the panel.
