Everyone I encountered in your organization was exceedingly polite, efficient and professional. That pertains to Justin Fife whom we dealt with regularly. The problem was it took 5 months to get our car back. We knew there would be several months delay. However, State Farm assured us when recommending you that our car would be done by the middle or end of March. That did not occur. Therefore, I am unable to say we were completely satisfied.

You don’t need to contact me. The staff that I dealt with was great and you did everything you could to make it right but failing to connect the radiator hose after replacing a radiator was a pretty big miss and makes it hard for me to say I’m satisfied with the repair.

I don't mean to rat ethe staff poorly, they did everything they could to make it right, but it's hard to rate very high when I drove away without the radiator hose hooked up. Probably an honest mistake, but a pretty big one
