I bought brand new headlight assembly (driver and passenger) got a quote from the body shop and made an appointment to have them replaced broke both adjustments for headlight they said can't replace them because they weren't removed oem. They said they don't warranty the labor or parts but you broke my new in the box headlights and still charge me and then said nothing they could do. Cory even said the technician did mess them up ...would never bring my vechicle to this place again very poor workmanship and no customer service unbelievable...

Tina was awesome. However when I got home to load my tools in the trunk it was Full Of debris rocks and dust . This is a car that is one year old I keep it clean and tidy . It was filthy I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this place for service.

I don’t know why I keep getting these. I already took a survey stating Tina was great but when I got my car the inside was covered in dust the trunk had some sort of stone grey dust in it and the windows looked like some one cleaned them with Vaseline the paint job to the bumper was sloppy it has “ runs” in it not orange peel but like ripples where it was not sprayed even . Tyler did call me and offered to clean it the problem is I work Monday through Friday and most weekends driving to customers homes to quote HVAC systems. The last thing I have time for is to take one of my few days off and detail my 11 month old car. The accident alone was inconvenient enough then to have to deal with this is ridiculous.

I'm sure this was a rare case, but we thought my car would take 4 days, and I just got it back after 3 weeks. My only complaint is that we did not receive updates letting us know that it would be taking longer. However, when we called to get updates, everyone was very helpful and friendly.
