I was satisfied with repair but I wasn’t happy with paying $200 for a rental car because you guys and the parts people took too long to redo the paint job. It’s ridiculous that we had to pay for a rental car.

Absolutely nothing was repaired. Not sure if a detailed list was provided by your business to the insurance or not but insurance says it was not repairable
