I'm pleased with the quality of the work and service. One thing does concern me though when I received my vehicle back I was missing a pair of expensive ray an sunglasses. I can't prove they where removed from my vehicle by an employee from your shop that's why I never said anything until this survey was sent to me.

Quality was great. Would have been a 10 but my exit point was disturbingly insulting.I haven't written a check from my personal account in 3 years because I don't have to with the way I do business. So the system ya'll use would not accept my check. Chester asked me "wonder why?" And I responded I have no idea. The girl interjected with "usually a history of bad checks". I bring in a 2015 Sierra Denali that stickers for $62k and get a comment like that?! I can't remember when I have been more insulted! Therefore I had to get a ride home after I had already turned in my rental vehicle and had to ride my motorcycle to work with threatening weather. Then I had to go to the bank and get a cashiers check and go get my truck! I am still very very angry about that experience that tarnished this entire survey.
