The ladies at the front desk, it starts with them, they are wonderful and very kind. Phillip did an amazing job on my car, I was unfamiliar with this process and he took care of everything, including communicating with the insurance company. Tracy, always takes care of mechanical issues and servicing my car. Anytime I call hes very kind and patient and I appreciate it so much. OKC Auto Works will always have my business.

OKC Auto Works did a great job on my vehicle repair. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely attentive and professional, especially Heather St. John who was my primary contact person. Due to inventory shortages, Nissan was very slow to deliver the replacement front bumper. Heather communicated extremely well during this delay and suggested solutions, including putting me in direct contact with Nissan Customer Service resulting in the prioritization / delivery of the front bumper and reimbursement of my rental car fees. I will definitely do future business here again.

My car was completed several weeks before it was supposed to, which was wonderful! The only problems I have are there are whistle sounds coming from my new windshield and my driver door window. When I bring my car in for the backorder piece, I’m hoping that will be fixed.
