Awesome experience at olenders of Columbia. Tristan made it a seamless experience with everything. I was in and out for drop off and pick up. They kept me informed the whole time my vehicle was in the shop so I wasn’t guessing when my vehicle was going to be finished. It was a very reasonable turn around time. The employees in the shop are very professional and my truck came out looking brand new. Overall, 10/10 experience and would highly recommend Olenders of Columbia.

I was pleasantly surprised that my car looked like it was brand new when I got it back. And the interior was even vacuumed and the car washed! Additionally the car was ready almost a full week earlier than the original estimate.,

Tristan was the estimator and he was terrific. He even came outside with me in the pouring rain to walk me through what he put in the estimate. Communication was great throughout the process. I ended up having a mechanical breakdown while waiting for parts to come in for the body work, and I accidentally had the vehicle towed to the wrong Oleander’s location. Even though it was 100% my mistake, they didn’t make it my problem. They completely handled transferring the car back and forth between the 2 locations for mechanical work and body work. And the total bill was to the penny what they quoted me from day 1.
