Car was done when promised. Workmanship was excellent. They cleaned the inside and outside of the car. Everyone was cordial and easy to work with. Would not hesitate to choose them again if I ever have an accident.

It took two weeks to get my car back. Olson didn’t keep me informed on the status of my car. Also my car came back with an dent in by the wheel well.

They did a great job but argued with me over the screen that was damaged and said it needed to go to a dealership even after the car sat for 5 weeks waiting on a back ordered part. They did a great job but they need to be clear from the beginning not at the end. Cause now I have more problems to deal with a car that should’ve been dealt with at a reliable repair shop
