On the Road Garage launched in Irving in 2020 as a unique tech-focused collision repair business to fill a skills gap and talent pipeline shortage. In addition to a commercial enterprise, On the Road Garage is rebuilding more than cars with apprenticeships that provide training on collision repair, advanced driver assistance systems and other smart car technology. This location - On The Road Garage 2 - West Dallas - is our 2nd location. It is located right outside of Downtown Dallas in a prime spot for taking care of customers with all collision repair needs. We are continuing the great reputation that our Irving location has achieved by providing great communication and service to all our Insurance partners.

The car’s handling isn’t what it was before the accident. It feels a little loose but I understand it may not be possible to get a car back to showroom specs after an accident. Our dissatisfaction wasn’t even related to the ever-changing timelines. Our issue was that communication about the delays made us less confident about the quality of work, and made us feel that there wasn’t a shared sense of urgency.

Catalytic converters replaced after originals stolen. Even though On The Road Garage subcontracts this work out, they still warranty the work for a lifetime. Very pleased with that. The work was done well and my catalytic protector shield fit.

The only issue I had was the service rep did not know what brand part the contract shop was putting on my truck, she did call that shop to find out and then let me know. I was then able to do my own research.

Very accommodating and made sure I was able to pick up my car even past hours. Kept me updated regularly. Sierra took care of everything and was very responsive. It did take several phone calls to reach the shop but my calls were always eventually returned. Good service, I will return if necessary.
