Body work 10/10 looks like new. Jessica displayed excellent customer service. However, I’m taking my Jeep to adventure for inspection to make sure they haven’t missed any damage or damaged anything else. The day I got my Jeep back I was broke down losing all my coolant in the school pick up line and the manager Mike trying to act like it was already like that. I do regular maintenance on my Jeep and inspection it was not pre existing. I wouldn’t have been mad if they just said they missed something but Mike consistently treated me like a dumb girl, not knowing I worked as an auto technician for yrs and do a lot of my own maintenance. Told me the impact wouldn’t cause a cracked hose or anything when it did affect my wiring harness and I had to go to the doctor because the seatbelt damaged my shoulder on impact. They did have me towed back in and fixed the issue as additional repairs so there is that. Then when I finally got my Jeep back I popped my hood so I could check it out before getting on I75 and Mike legitimately looks at me and asks “did you mean to pop the hood?” I felt like asking him “did you mean to keep calling me stupid?”. Lastly these people left a hold tool on my Jeep. I kept hearing a noise and found it after daylight. Terrible experience and completely sexist manager. Again though whoever did the body work understands their assignment.

For some reason, there is a problem with the backup camera. It used to show when I would reverse but now it just shows like if it’s glitching.
