After my accident, my insurance agent asked where I'd like to get the repairs done. Without hesitation, I said "O'Neil." And I'm glad I did. From the moment I pulled in to show Tom and Kitty what happened to my car, they got right on it, doing a preliminary assessment of the damage. By the time I'd rented a car, things were in motion. The communication via text from the collision center kept me informed of progress, which was much appreciated. When repairs were done, there was a small adjustment needed and that was immediately taken care of. It's almost like my accident never happened! If I need collision service again, I know who to call.
