The results of the repairs were beautiful. The car was freshly washed and shiny when I picked it up. My only complaint is that I was told the repairs should only take 3-4 days. It was 16 days!

With the recommendation of the insurance company, I decided to work with O'Neill's Chevrolet/Carbiz for the repairs needed on my vehicle. From the very beginning of the repair process to the completion of the repair, both Tim and Wally were very informative, professional and kind. After having met and spoken with them on day one, I felt confident that the end result would be most satisfactory. Indeed, it was- most satisfactory.
