We would have liked to get our damaged tauana cover back as we were told it was in the bed of our truck when we picked the truck up. When we got home we realized it was not there. We called and they said the insurance company has to look at it, and they will call us when to pick it up. Other than that, the work on our truck was outstanding!!!

I am not satisfied as only partial repairs were done and I am yet to hear back on schedule and claim approval of remaining repairs. Would have been better if I had gone through my current insurance company

Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. After my new car was hit by a hit and run driver in a hotel parking lot, I was able to get the work scheduled and completed quickly. The car looks good as new!
