I usually never need a auto body shop but I had an accident last November with thalidomide and my wife had hers a few weeks ago. Both times u handled the repair. State Fatm recommended you. Your team is the best attentive courteous and they aim to please. My first accident was repaired and the car was new again and it made me use you again. These team members are wizards. In addition to the repairs, the car was buffed so that the new fender and bumper blends in with the color of the car. The inside was cleaned and the car looks like new. Great job.

Communication between O’Neills and me was exceptional. Except for a glitch in the Liberty notification system, I knew the status of my car all during the repair process. Their attention to detail gave me the confidence that both the body and mechanical repairs were competed expertly. Upon picking up my car, inside and out was “showroom “ ready. While I don’t relish a trip back for accident repairs, these guys were tops in my book. Kudos to Tim Sullivan and the team.
