Staff were very friendly and helpful guiding me through the process, letting me know my options. Repair was done beautifully. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because I was told it would be two days to repair, but then it turned into five days (two were weekend days when they are closed) with no explanation. When I asked about that, they were very surprised, apologetic and said that should not have happened. It was likely an oversight. It happens. I highly recommend this shop.

Repairs performed were not great. Staff was extremely rude after I brought the vehicle back for an issue.

After having to take the vehicle back, staff was insinuating I was lying about the condition of the vehicle before the accident. Turns out, there was something wrong with the vehicle. But it still did not fix the issue. Now I will be taking the vehicle to another shop to review the work and figure out the real issue.

Its only been 2 days since getting my vehicle back so it appears at this time the damage was resolved.

The texts providingva link is helpful to watch the status. I didn't see any status update for a week and then recieved a text it was finished and I would get a call. Didnt get a call and received a call from my rental saying I had to return the rental that day so no time to coordinate work, other appointments, and organizing the pickup/drop off.
