I was informed the day I took my car to get an estimate, that it looked like a 'new bumper' was in order. I was even told a new bumper would take care of the scratch's on the right side of my bumper. I was originally told a week, which the day I dropped it off was told two weeks. Finally got it home only to see the scratches on the right side were painted over. Was told it wasn't part of the accident.
