This was the first claim I ever had, and Odette was so incredibly helpful in walking me through the entire process. She arranged for a rental car to be delivered and for it to be picked up after my car was repaired. I'm so grateful for all she did to reduce my stress level.

I found Odette difficult to communicate with at times. I think she has a great heart but she made mistakes with my rental a few times, didn't communicate critical rental info to me, and also talked down to me like a little kid mutiple times. Again, I think she has a great heart and tries hard and means well, but her communication style just put me off. Everyone else there seemed to be superb but I was also disappointed that my car took a week longer than predicted by Opeka. We will go somewhere else next time.
