If I were to have a complaint, it would be only that it would’ve been nice to have a fully charged Tesla when we picked it up for our long drive home - especially as we where charged a fee for battery hook up during the repair. A small matter - and takes nothing away from the otherwise extremely positive experience that we had. Thank you for all your work."
