Communication was good, even though my car the shop for over 2 months. Parts had to come from Germany, which delayed the process. The only think that could of been avoided was with the headlight, which the body shop was sent the wrong side. It could have been checked with received to be sure correct one was sent and received so there was not any further delays.

The extra cost that was not covered by insurance was a big issue this time. My first time in you didnt charge me extra, this time it was over $500. I was informed at drop off the labor rates are roughly $20 higher than insurance pays but I never imagined that would equate to me owing $550 on pickup for a not-at-fault uninsured driver claim.

For the things that are covered by insurance. The fact that body shop proudly claims that they cannot guarantee their estimates to be aligned with insurance market place estimate is a problem and a big hassle for the customer. There should be an effort to make sure customer should not be paying more than the deductible for the covered items.

Precision had really done amazing in several ways with my severely botched/damaged Taycan. A few very positive things: 1) They were booked out until June, and managed to get the car in and repaired by end of May. 2) There were several times when Porsche was "busy" and, on my behalf, negotiated with Porsche to get the car in quickly 3) Everyone managing the repairs were looking for open slots, etc... anything they could do to reduce the actual repair time. I'm forever indebted.
