Precision had really done amazing in several ways with my severely botched/damaged Taycan. A few very positive things: 1) They were booked out until June, and managed to get the car in and repaired by end of May. 2) There were several times when Porsche was "busy" and, on my behalf, negotiated with Porsche to get the car in quickly 3) Everyone managing the repairs were looking for open slots, etc... anything they could do to reduce the actual repair time. I'm forever indebted.

Quality of work was good - which for me is the most important thing. However, I have a 2nd vehicle, so the impact of the repairs taking longer were less critical than if thus was my only vehicle.

Work performed was very good. Communication could have been better. The initial expectation was the car would be in the shop for 2 weeks, but it ended up there for 3 weeks +. We would have appreciated updates along the way that would have let us know the repairs were going to take longer.
