This a positive experience from start to finish. I was cheerfully greeted with I first entered the office. Paul then explained the entire process from beginning to end. He even arranged a ride back home. He kept me informed throughout and surprised me by finishing earlier than I expected. He arranged for a ride to pick me up so he could go over the repairs as I looked at my car and then drove it home. Thanks to everyone who made a pleasant experience out of a fender bender!

It was difficult to get parts for my vehicle, and took over three months to complete the job as a result. Ricardo Miranda kept me regularly informed throughout the process, which was very helpful. The finished product was worth the wait.
