I waited 2 weeks to hear back about the part being in, and I had to call them. The repair on the car was very minor but took 12 days to be completed, and again I had to call in to check up on status. I was quoted a max of 7 days to be fixed.

I had someone else drop off and pick up so I can't speak to that, but I would leave a message and it would leave a message I. The morning and would not get a response till end of day just before closing so I could not call back and get more info. But everyone was courteous when I spoke to them

Unfortunately, we are repeat customers. Literally days after getting our car back we got backed into. We were so happy the first time we brought the vehicle. This time has been nothing like the last time we couldn’t even deal with the same advisor. After picking up the car, we got it home and noticed the trunk did not close properly. The inside was not painted the correct color because they used the salvaged trunk and did not properly paint it so you could see the old color underneath. On top of that there were a few other minor things. I brought the car back, got it repaired, which was nice because it was pretty quick turnaround and they filled up our tank. The truck still does not close without some force and it is not properly aligned. We were told that that’s as good as he can get it. Really disappointed this time around.
