I can’t believe that the work was so shoddy. My bumper is coming off and I don’t know why. I went through a car wash maybe a bug hit it I don’t know. Not happy.

My vehicle‘s bumper is falling off. The clearcoat is coming off probably a rock hit it. I’m very dissatisfied. O’Reilly is not taking responsibility for their shabby work. I have contacted progressive the insurance company that paid for it. I also contacted my auto insurance to let them know that the work was not done correctly. Michella Howell
