I recieved my car with 1/4 tank of gas after I left it with 1/2 a tank and was promised it would be returned to me with the same amount. When I picked up my car I did not make it 5 minutes from the dealership when I realized I had a flat tire. I had to wait for an hour in the rain for help to change my tire and then have it replaced along with the rim because they were no longer usable. I did not have a flat tire when I left my car to you and was extremely upset. I called the office but you were closed. I will be contacting my insurance, USAA, and notifying them of these incidents.

They cleaned our car but they pretty much threw all our belongings in the back of the car. Also, they removed a tag frame from my bumper and didn't replace it. Not real huge problems but still. Overall great service and a one stop shop which is very convenient.

The entire group at the collision center were outstanding professionals. They went completely out of the norm to ensure my satisfaction with the project (putting a wing on my Corvette). Within the group, JR was a standout technician who produce a superb installation of the wing. The center ultimately prove my trust in them to be 100% correct that they were the ones and only to trust my Corvette to have this job done.
