i gave a 5 rating because i was told other repairs that were not insurance related should be done . i called several times o schedule a drop of day. NOBODY called me back.

A huge Bravo Zulu for Ms Lynn, she went beyond her normal duties to make my experience plesentfull under the circumstances. She is truly a value to your company. If your staff is even a quarter of the caliber of person that she is you have to rest assured the Orielly has the best service center in Tucson.
