I was told my vehicle would be done on a Monday and never heard from anyone on Monday. I called on Tuesday and was told the part needed arrived damaged and it wouldn't be ready til Wednesday. It would have been nice to receive that information from someone rather than having to call and find out what the delay was

Bumper is a little bowed, so it isn't flush with other panels. Passenger side of trunk/bumper color difference from original car pieces is noticeable.

People were great! Automated text service told me the car would be done on a Friday, then on Wednesday told me it would be done that afternoon, and then the car was actually done the next day. Made scheduling a pickup difficult
