They made it easy for me to drop off and pick up my rental car. The service was much quicker than I was expecting. I did have to bring the truck back for touch ups on some missed fixes however. They were helpful to set me up with a car to use while they performed the touch ups.

I really appreciate the communication and updates. It is really nice not being left in the dark about how things were going. I also grateful that you guys directly dealt with my insurance company. It made thinks so much easier for me. This is the best customer service i think I've ever dealt with anywhere in my entire life, when it comes to vehicles. This company worked so well with me, was quick, upfront, honest, and on their ball game. I even got it back earlier than the expected date. The best part was getting my vehicle back cleaner than how i left it. Now that is awesome. It really shows that Osceola Auto Body cares for their customers. Great job. I will always recommend.
