I am not happy with quality of repair. My car operation become more worst that it was originally have. There was not much damage to the trunk during accident, they fix my car trunk in way that I have to close my trunk 3 to 4 times with hard push and it has to be from center, otherwise it won't close. I went back to shop to fix and show it to them and he said I have not eat or not strong enough to close the trunk. He said your trunk is fine rather then fixing it. What to say ....no words for him.

The repair was completed on time and it looks great. It was good working with Otto and I’ll use them again if I need to in the future. My insurance took care of it but the estimate was close to the final cost which was very fair.
