The owner of body shop did not call me at all i shead I was working and was told by body shop call when I pick up my car on 5-3-2022 Tuesday my car was not ready I seat there for 4 hours until 5:30pm

It took 8 weeks to get repairs done on my car, no communication from the shop, we had to keep calling him, mechanic never updated us on why and when. Unprofessional and rude. When I picked up my car I found scratches on driver side door and passenger side door, shop mechanic kept on saying it is not his responsibility. He was rude and didn’t want me to say anything in writing about it. I would not recommend him to anyone and will never go back to his shop.
