I don’t understand why my seatbelt was messed up when I got ready to leave.When I got out and left the car Seatbelt was fine.It was twisted down in the casing and my advisor had it fixed and both the passenger and driver‘s back on the seat was all the way laid back like somebody was relaxing in the driver and passenger seat. My car was slow starting and my advisor started it and was great finding out what was wrong and told me I needed a battery. I got a battery and the car started fine. Great Advisor.. Thank You

Body shop personnel did not talk to me. I was just told here are your keys and some one walking pass me heard me say where is my car and he said the RAV4 I said yes and he pointed and said your car is over there. Not very professional

The work that was done was ok. BUT all damages caused by the incident were not repaired, so my expectations were extremely close dissatisfied. If Ouriman had taken the time to interview me, maybe all issues would have been repaired to my expectations. But I felt that since they did not ask me anything, I presumed better results.
