I was promised certain repairs during my estimation process that were not done. The employee that handled my case was fired. Plus my final cost was way more than promised. They did work with me a little. Also my car is now making a noise that it was not before the repair. I took it back for the mechanic to look at. I was told after spending $7400 dollars for repairs to take it to a mechanic!!! A diagnostics was not done on my car during the repair process. How did City Wide know what was wrong… was it eyeballed? SMH

I really appreciate how kind the owners were to me. They took the time to listen and talk to me about what was going on with my 2025 genesis gv70. They repaired the loose trim on the passenger side of the gv70 and gave me an excellent price and didn’t try to force me to pay more for my repairs. They also gave me a free itemized cost for the various cosmetics issues I pointed. Also, their technician was kind enough to slide the tire flap back in at no charge.
