While Briana was very helpful and customer friendly Management and Technicians never returned my calls. I was not up to date on how long or what damages had taken place. Very slow job. Car was in the shop close to a month. No sense of urgency. When I finally did speak with JP he was apologetic. But overall the shop lacked communication and sense of urgency
