The coordination between the repair shop and GEICO was very poor couldnt get a good estimate on completion

The repair on the front and rear "bumpers" were fine but the black part (rear undercarriage) still seems scratched. Not to mention, as SOON as I left the body shop, I had flat tire on the beltway. Ourisman increased my tire pressure to 55 PSI's on all the tire. It should be approximately 35 PSI's. I don't know why your staff did that but I'm almost certain that's what contributed to me having a flat tire on I495 only minutes after picking up my vehicle.

The only thing good about ourisman is Antoine customer service. My phone was stolen out of my vehicle. The work was not complete when initially picking my vehicle up. You can see where the damage was repaired as there was not enough paint coating on it. The protection seal on the the doors was not replaced. The tint on the window was not placed back on. Overspray was over the entire driver side of the vehicle. I will never return to this establishment to have work done.

I’m still in contact with them in regards to fixing my vehicle. While my car was there they damaged my passenger side back door. And did not fix my seat which was damaged in the crash
