Team to include the geico insurance guy was pretty helpful.Work was completed in good time except the notification of completion could have been better.that way I could have had my car the Friday as opposed to waiting Monday.

My electrical mirrors are not working and I took it back to the body shop and they said they were not sure if they were working before accident, I'm not a dummy that will buy a car in a dealer with defects, my car is only days old on my posetion

Bumper still needed a minor adjustment after being notified it was ready for pick up. They corrected the mistake but between the actual body mechanic and the person who drove the car to me...someone should have noticed that the bumper wasn't flush.

Several of my personal items were left in the rental car that I had. These items were returned to me after I had to insist that (two notebook binders, three bibles, and a tripod was in the truck of the car) The young lady Holiday displayed a total lack of professionalism when she spoke with me on the phone> She expressed herself with little/no regard for my situation. The young man Rodney was helpful even to call me on yesterday to inform me that my tripod had been located. While waiting in the dealership several employees were very loud and showed very inappropriate behavior during their conversation with each other. This is a business but very little professionalism is demonstrated by staff especially those who work in the sales area to the right of the body shop area. I would not want to have to encounter these individuals on a regular bases!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
