The length of time that the work required (was told 2-3 days.) also, I cut my finger on what must have been a piece of glass from my windshield from the passengers seat (no other glass was broken and the glass was broken on the drivers side.)

When I initailly dropped my car off I was told that my estimate would be done sometime that day. I was not given an estimate until about 8:30 pm that evening, almost 12 hours later. Since this location is not open on the weekends, I wasn't told what would be done or had the opportunity to discuss or dispute this estimate. After a few days and phone calls I was told that my car had was already being worked on. After explaining to my Geico agent about my concern, I was assured I would be receiving updates. After a week of daily updates my car was suppose to be done 4/23 -4/24. However When I called I was told my car wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready for at least 3 more days. I was completely appalled by the communication of everyone on your staff, the work done to my car, and the amount of time it took (because of the painters time off). I will never bring my car here for service again, and will be finding another insurance company. Thanks for nothing.

Although the new pieces look great, the car wasn't cleaned on the outside at least, to reflect the true colors of the car to ensure they weren't mismatched. It's as if the piece were placed on, and that's it. There was also a LOT of dust on the interior of my car, which I had to clean as well.
