Nobody was there to look over my car with me. Prior to me bringing my car in the passenger side window rolled down automatically from the driver side and passenger side. Now it does not work. When I open and close the door it makes a funny noise. The outside looks good but internally I am not satisfied. Customer service was good she kept me informed about my car. I feel I should not have to pay another deductible for something that was working prior to the accident and even when the door was messed up.

I am very dissatisfied with all of the dust and dirt in my car . everything is dusty even up to the driver’s seat. I now have to pay to get my car cleaned. my car has never been this dirty. I’m not happy at all. and I have been a valued customer. I am very satisfied with the repairs . Thank you!
