Everyone was really cool from the people in the geico office next to the body shop to the body shop and the enterprise rental car guys were really cool as well as the super friendly snd warm sales associate's who directed me where to go when I was lost on the huge campus. Ive never considered ourrsman when shopping for a new car. You can bet I will make the trip from waldorf now though. Itll be the first place I check when im in the market again

When I sent my car in it was sent in with a cracked drivers side mirror and a bumper that needed to be repaired from an accident. When my car was returned to me the bumper was fixed but my side mirror was completely off of the car laying in my backseat. The attitude that I received from the body shop supervisor was nasty. I was not pleased at all with my experience

I am missing an artical that was left in my vehicle. I left a TJ Maxx bag with a blue and black Nine West handbag inside. When I went to return the item at the store the following day, I realized that it was no longer in my vehicle.

Even though ur sign not respond for items left n ur car,i bought two air freshener and was missing and the money in my ashtray, everything else was fine

The employees that I dealt with were amazing. Joyce was awesome and very friendly and respectful. The repair is pretty decent. From a distance you can't tell I was ever got. But up close the paint it not where I would like it to be so I may return to get it touched up.
