Car repairs were fine.. My only issue, and one that will have me never return to ANY Ourisman owned facility is that, upon return of my vehicle someone had been rummaging through my center console. I spoke to and told the Geico claims adjuster before leaving, but i wanted to make sure that you are aware of this. The things that were taken were minor but the fact that I left my car in your care and this is what has happened. I would hope that there was better integrity among your staff and such. Again the work done on the vehicle was great but the i will never again bring truck to Ourisman

Thanks to everyone involved in the repairs. You did an outstanding job! My car looks brand new. I would like to thank Steve Everett for the extra touch up; great job! I would also like to thank the team that greeted me upon my arrival last Wednesday morning. Although you were all very busy you made it personal. (Michelle, Tammy, Jonathan and Brittany), you are the best!!! Thank you Orisman Chevrolet for excellent service. This is why I request that you do the repairs. My car was ready for pick up within approximately 24 hours. Amazing!

Yes I am COMPLETELY satisfied with the service I received! I was overly happy with how I was treated by Tammy Swann and a very nice young man that I only knew by his first name which I believe was Bob or Rob in the auto body shop! They made my day!!! BIG KUDOS to them both! What a great team of folks and I WILL refer folks to you for their auto repairs. Thank you!
