The whole process was great! Everything was explained thoroughly, updated daily and all staff that I had any interaction with were very helpful, professional and informative. The pannel I asked to be replaced so I didnt have future issues was repaired in a fashion that the light assembly can not be replaced.Now I have to wait and loose more time from work and have to get another rental car. I am happythatthey are fixing it.
