We are astounded by the seamless repairs. It looks better than new! You even got out the remains of our jury-rigged duct tape repairs. It went from something out of a Mad Max movie to looking like a new car off the lot. We will bring all our repairs to your place although we hope there will be no more!

Collision Zone was easy to work with. Dropping off and Picking up were a breeze. The repairs were finished earlier than estimated, saving me additional costs on a rental. My rear lift gate looks completely brand new. I hope I won't need collision services again, but if I do- I know I'm going back to Collision Zone.

The service provided was fantastic on all fronts. Chris was so kind and informative, very accommodating to my less than impressive car knowledge, and he made sure I knew exactly what was going to be done, with what parts, and why. The repairs themselves were incredible, and very timely. Office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall this was an incredible service experience for me as a customer!

Like stated before, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I was greeted immediately, helped very quickly, and could tell by the other customers coming in and out that this is a very well respected business that intentionally creates rapport with members of the community.

I think they do a fantastic job and I just wanted to give helpful feedback but if I wasn't asked I would say this is the best place I have ever been. I am older and have done this several times. Collison zone oxford is the best

It was good. Just had a little confusion over howmmuch money was owed and noone sent me the bill when it was ready they said in atex to just come pick it up. Unfortunately I am not very financially stable right now as im a part time teacher and sustained car crash injuries. But it was just not their policy I assume. Could work on giving the customer a bill and heads up prior to picking up the car.
