Still better than Hertich, even though I had to come back multiple times it got done and is working correctly.

The repair once completed was good but had to come back 4 times. Set up an appointment then came in to drop off and that appointment was no longer there. Was able to leave the truck but after picking it up the tire pressure after rotation was not set properly. Let and realized the camera was never checked and still not working. Took it back again after 2 days was told they had to order the new one. Needed my vehicle so picked it up and dropped back off after the weekend and finally had it replaced.

Worst car experience of my life. You had my vehicle for just shy of three months. One month ago when you said it was “ready” we had to point out at least 5 additional issues. The job was incomplete but you went on to order $1500 more from my insurance and keep my car for another 3 weeks. Then when I had discovered a nail in my tire, you said it was our fault and refused to replace the tires AFTER KEEPING MY CAR FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS. THE “courtesy” you gave us was delivering of the car and filling the tank. Gee, thanks.
