It made a difficult time (getting hit) much more easier to cope with. One thing though at first I made an appointment with you for a Sat. through the Allstate website. Luckily I called you to check on it and found out you have no adjusters in on Sat. So I made a different appointment. I know this is Allstate's fault but it should be corrected somehow. It also didn't seem to include you as one of their Good Neighbor body shops in the website and you are. After years with Allstate these things and other things are making me unhappy with them. But again I was pleased with you."
