Every single person I talked to at Pro Team (especially shouting out Shannon and Adam) was professional, friendly, and made the repair process so easy after I was rear-ended on the Schuylkill. My situation was somewhat unusual as I lease a fleet vehicle from my employer, who self-insures but handles claims via a third party; navigating the insurance process through this unconventional system was confusing for me (and I'm sure for Pro Team as well), but they consistently followed-up with my claims adjuster and copied me on written communications so I knew what was going on. My insurance also complicated the rental car process, but Pro Team set everything up with Enterprise and I was able to pick up and drop off the rental vehicle right at the shop with no difficulties at all. While the overall process from beginning to end took a while (~1 week wait for estimate appointment, ~3 weeks wait for repair appointment, ~1 month for repairs), I certainly think this speaks for the quality of Pro Team's work and the customer demand. I will say the appointment timeline was clearly communicated up front, and once the repairs were underway, I received frequent email updates that were very appreciated. I'm also fully aware things may have been wrapped up sooner if my claims adjuster was more responsive. Each time I visited the office in-person I was in and out quickly, but Shannon still made sure to offer coffee or water, and I got some belly rub time in with the very polite office dog, Jaxon. My car was repaired impeccably, and the rear gate operation is so smooth. It was also returned incredibly clean inside and out, which was so above and beyond as the interior was *covered* in dog hair when I brought it in (sorry!). I almost want to park it until my lease is up, it's so pristine! I would absolutely use Pro Team again in future or recommend them to others. Thanks so much for your excellent work!
