Generally satisfied, but did have to return the car for additional service as the sensors were calibrated incorrectly after the first service.

Generally excellent. We did have to follow up regarding when the car might be ready after the second visit for additional repairs as we were quoted a day, maybe 1.5 days, and it ended up being a full 2 days.

Wonderful thorough, Jim Swartz explained EVERTHING to me. The car came back immaculate

In spite of the accident, it was a pleasure to work with you. THe bill came to less than the initial estimate, the interior of the car was beautifullly cleaned, the man (Sam?) who drove me home, the work itself, the effort that Jeff Swartz went to to explain everything, ALL were great. THe last thing Jeff said to me was, "I hope I don't see you soon." It was a far better experience than I had hoped for.
