Still dents and scratches around the work performed even after the first send back to caliber. Made a list went over it twice and still it comes back needing work. I’d also like to mention the pride in the work over the phone seemed great but upon returning soap/ buffer scum is still everywhere and I’m very unhappy getting this truck back the second time

Thank you for taking care of my Subie! That car has seen me through about 6 years of roadtrips through 22 different states, several family moves and vacations, and dragging my kayak around every which way. I'm so so happy with the repairs; hopefully I'll enjoy many more trips with her! Sam kept me updated throughout the whole process, and went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of. Joanna at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating and listened to all my concerns. As for the car, it looked brand new. Very satisfied.
