Caliber and everyone I met there, made me feel very comfortable and at home. Carl helped me when I came and he was so very friendly and funny. I smiled when I dropped it off and I emailed again when I picked my car up. The work they all did to fix my car was just beautiful. Like new again. They even vacuumed out my car. I want to say thank you to everyone there who truly went above and beyond. Also getting my rental car was so easy and it was all due to your staff. I wish I could remember everyone’s name because there were so many staff I had the privilege of meeting. Thank you Flourtown Caliber. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to everyone and anyone who may need your services. It’s nice to see great customer service in the world today

Everyone I dealt with at this location was very friendly and helpful. We had some questions and concerns when we picked up our car, and Carl was an extreme help! Wayne was a pleasure to work with as well! Very friendly and polite at drop off and pick up! I’m very satisfied with how Caliber Collision worked with my insurance company and handled any additional repairs and the costs that were not originally quoted by my insurance company.
