Excellent workmanship. They use Toyota and Lexus parts which are guaranteed. Professional staff, great communication throughout the process. Coordination with Enterprise car rental if needed which eliminates the car owner having to update the rental company. This is the second time I have gone to Sig’s and have been completely satisfied with service provided. Not the cheapest but they use car brand parts and are very thorough.

I won’t take our vehicles anywhere else. From the first time we took our car here, the staff went above and beyond to help us with the issue. They are the best auto shop I’ve ever gone to. We have recommended to all our friends. Highly recommend. I always wish I could tip them after they’ve worked on our vehicles because they are the best!!!

Awesome place! Edward was super knowledgeable and guide me through the whole process. I had a dent on my passenger door and Edward helped me with insurance and how to get a rental! At the end, my car looked like it never had a dent in the first place, thank you Edward!

My car was destroyed on the driver side via hit and run while it was parked. The entire driver door had to be replaced and the rear door had a sizeable amount of damage. The body shop did an INCREDIBLE job with the repair work and repaint. Amazing customer service on timing of updates and services performed. The place worked directly with State Farm so I didn’t have to do anything except pay my deductible for the $4000 worth of work completed. Highly recommend to anyone in the Chicago area, especially if you are going through State Farm insurance. A+++

From the front office to the shop workers, I’m very satisfied with the repair. It looked like it hadn’t been damaged and also the deductible was covered which was a huge plus for me. I would definitely come here again. Thank you Edward!
