The repair of the dent in the driver side passenger door was expertly completed and on time. Scott informed me the battery was running low. I authorized the replacement. They were able to take care of this before we pick-up our car. I'm very happy with the personal service and repairs. It was worth the wait to have this done by a reputable BMW dealer.
