Alot of confusion regarding appt for body repair , and oil change, and ordering parts, spoke to manager about it. He said call him when I came for appt so things will go smoothly. However, when having the body repair, I was told to go ahead to oil change in different building wait there if I want. So I did but ended up having to go back to the body repair building before the oil change to pay separately...I could have waited at body repair, paid then gone to oil change building and paid for oil change. Alot of confusion about who does what and where I pay and wait...won't be doing that again. Also had a coupon for 10% off which I used for the tire liner body repair b/c I thought it would be more $$, turned out I should gave used it for oil change b/c with filters it ended up more. I thought I was paying for all the work in one place , no one explains anything...so confusing did not like the way things went at all...I didn't get the oil change bill until after they called me to walk back over to the body shop to pay the bill there...:>(

My car was finished a day ahead of schedule, it was washed and cleaned inside and out. It was a beautiful repair job. Steve Matthai was awesome to work with, very efficient and personable. We couldn't be happier!

The repair of the dent in the driver side passenger door was expertly completed and on time. Scott informed me the battery was running low. I authorized the replacement. They were able to take care of this before we pick-up our car. I'm very happy with the personal service and repairs. It was worth the wait to have this done by a reputable BMW dealer.
