I’m very satisfied with not just the repairs completed but with the customer service personnel that I had the opportunity to interact! I was extremely impressed by Scott Blethrode from the moment he was assigned my claim. From his personality to his attention to detail was greatly appreciated! While being involved in a collision just before Christmas was difficult, the staff at Courtesy Motors was a saving grace!

Considering my vehicle now has to go to another shop due to either complete incompetence or lack of training I’m not super happy and when questioned about it the response was we didn’t do it not our problem. Except these weren’t issues until after the vehicle had been brought in
