I was completely satisfied with the professionalism, customer service, and overall repairs performed by Panas Auto Body on my vehicle. Putting in an insurance claim can be an extremely stressful situation if not handled properly. I put one call into my insurance company and expressed the body shop I'd like to use, got the okay, and brought it down to the shop. The rest well, they took it over from there with absolutely no issues, no stress. They got approval from insurance, and installed all OEM manufactured parts directly from the dealership. They regularly sent me emails informing me of the progress with the claim and repairs/replacement process. What more can you ask for as a customer in an unfortunate situation. I would highly recommend this shop and give them 5-Stars across the board. Thank you to the entire Panas Auto Body staff on an exceptional job done.
